Methodology for creating the EAEU unified digital environment

The ultimate goal of digital transformation in a global sense is to accelerate the development of the economy; at the enterprise level, it is to increase the efficiency and productivity of work, at the consumer level — to accelerate and simplify the search, as well as to obtain relevant information at the moment. At the same time, to achieve the desired result, it is often not enough to digitalize, implying automation of existing processes, but it is necessary to significantly change the accepted approaches. Read about how the digital transformation of the EAEU technical regulation system will be carried out in the proposed article.

What will the EAEU digital technical regulation give to market participants?

Implementation of the “Digital technical regulation within the framework of the Eurasian economic union” project continues. Its result will be the availability to all market participants of digital services that optimize the processes of design, production and product launch. The data and information required by users will be displayed in the system in relation to precisely identified objects of technical regulation.

Digital Technical Regulation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. Implementation aspects

Technical regulation is a unified system of regulatory measures applied to ensure a balance between the necessary level of product safety and reducing unnecessary barriers in the market. Within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, a unified supranational system of technical regulation has been created, which is translated into the state policy of all countries of the Union. The prerequisites, advantages and risks of the digital transformation of this system are touched upon.

Assessing the quality of AI systems: implementation features and regulatory framework

The article discusses the fundamental principles of assessing the quality of artificial intelligence (AI) systems based on machine learning algorithms, enshrined in national standardization documents. A generalized algorithm of qualimetry (quality assessment) is presented, adapted taking into account the features of systems based on machine learning algorithms, and the requirements and recommendations fixed to date in Russian standards are analyzed.

Quality requirements for food waste

The provisions of Federal Law No. 268–FZ made it possible to clearly distinguish the concepts of secondary resources along with waste and determine the directions for increasing the use of secondary resources in the food industry, but the issues of waste use still remain outside scientific study. While in the metallurgical, mining, construction and some other industries, the level of waste use increases with the use of new technologies, in the food industry, which produces huge amounts of waste, not only requirements are not formulated, but global trends and approaches to this problem are not defined.

KEYWORDS: food waste, sources and turnover of waste, secondary resources and raw materials, formation of waste quality requirements.

Quality management of LNG production in Russia. Problems and prospects

The main aspects of quality management of liquefied natural gas (LNG) production in Russia and their importance are considered in the context of modern challenges and requirements of the global energy market. The analysis of the provisions of the current documents of the national standardization system for the quality of LNG, determined by its component composition and physico-chemical parameters, as well as gas liquefaction production complexes, is carried out. Information is presented on the features of natural gas liquefaction schemes used at Russian large-capacity enterprises and technical solutions and methods developed in Russia and abroad in the field of LNG production quality management.

The State fire supervision needs mandatory certification and licensing systems

Certification helps State Supervision inspectors during inspections. However, after the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations refused to manage the rules for certification in the field of fire safety, it is impossible to exclude a decrease in their quality, as well as the involvement of people who do not have professional training and who see only commercial interest in the process of confirming product compliance with fire safety requirements.

Quality control of electronics production based on a step-by-step assessment of the probabilities of nonconformities. Part 2

Ensuring quality control of electronic products at the stage of technological preparation allows reducing labor costs and manufacturing time, as well as eliminating repair operations at further stages of its production. The author presents a mathematical model for estimating the probability of nonconformity at each stage of the selection of components during the technological preparation of production. The model allows you to determine the range of permissible variations of analogues used in the product components, even at the stage of circuit design, which is an effective tool for the work of domestic enterprises in the conditions of import substitution.

Reference materials of the coal composition and products of its extraction and processing. Part 2

We propose the end of the review article, the beginning of which is published in No. 12-2023. The first part was devoted to the most general issues — the impact of coals and their processed products on the environment, a description of the methods used to determine the quality and safety of solid fuels, regulatory documents of the producing countries, the purpose and characteristics of existing reference materials of the composition of coals. This part of the article is devoted to the basic principles and stages of metrological assurance of quality and safety indicators of coals and products of their extraction and processing. The issues of the specifics of the development and certification of reference materials in this area are touched upon.

KEYWORDS: rock, coal, waste from mining, processing and burning of coal, ash and slag waste, reference materials

Statistical quality control of electronic products in digital production lines with optical inspections

This article presents the results of the work carried out to ensure quality control of defect-free production of electronic products. The evaluation criterion was to minimize inconsistencies with the specified parameters and constraints at the stages of the life cycle based on a recursive model for estimating the probability distribution density at any stages equipped with optical inspections.
