The article presents the results of analysing the requirements of individual technical regulations in terms of product tests volume sufficiency to confirm its safety. The Shewhart control charts, which have not yet been widely used within the framework of technical regulation, serve as a tool to make sure that products meet the requirements of technical regulations.

The impact of short-term temperature deviations during transportation on medicinal product quality

The article discusses the issues of transport logistics, in particular the basic requirements for storage and transportation of medicinal products and drugs as well as challenges facing manufacturers and pharmaceutical distributors in this sphere. Special attention is paid to the problem of short-term deviations from storage conditions during transportation of medicines. Using the example of recording temperature fluctuations possible ways of solving it are suggested. The practical significance of the draft General Pharmacopoeia article “Medicines storage and transportation” is indicated and the need to improve current legislation in the field of pharmaceutical logistics is outlined.

Terminological differences in definition of low-quality food product and falsified one

Product quality is a fundamental concept that determines the technical and consumer properties of any manufactured product. The term “product quality” is regulated in the corresponding standard, which sets out the requirements for quality indicators. Changing their values transfers the product to the rank of low-quality or falsified, which misleads the consumer. In this case, additional terminological clarification is required.

Quality assurance in incoming inspection of electronic components using neural network

The article consideres the development and application of neural network to improve the quality of electronic component base incoming inspection. The authors analyze the network’s ability to identify critical operations that require adjustment based on assessing detectability of nonconformities. The results can help reduce production costs and improve product quality by ensuring the quality of incoming inspection processes.
