THE USE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES FOR IDENTIFYING MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND TEST EQUIPMENT

Abstract. One of the problems in identifying and organizing traceability, which affect the measurement and test results reliability, is the possibility to quickly obtain necessary information on measuring instrument (MI) and test equipment (TE) status in production conditions without additional involvement of metrological services employees. For this purpose, visual identification of monitoring and measurement resources is most commonly used based on labeling, which makes it possible to identify any MI and TE on the territory of the enterprise.

Keywords: metrology, metrological support, metrological accounting, quality assurance, identification, QR coding, measuring instruments, test equipment.

LABORATORY TESTS ARE A TOOL FOR CONFIRMING PRODUCT QUALITY AND SAFETY

Abstract. Laboratory tests allow a comprehensive assessment of materials and products for compliance with established standards and technical requirements. The article describes the main stages of testing, sampling methods, rules for registration of protocols, and requirements for technical documentation. The categories of products subject to mandatory testing and the factors affecting the cost of such services are considered.

Keywords: laboratory tests, product quality, product safety, sampling, test protocol, technical regulations, confirmation of compliance, state registration.

DIGITALIZATION AND AUTOMATION OF LABORATORIES AT DAIRY PROCESSING ENTERPRISES

Abstract. The state dictates the trend of digitalization, and the dairy industry is no exception: it uses the Honest Mark labeling and the Federal State Information System in the Field of Veterinary Medicine. Laboratory information management systems (LIMS) are the first step towards digitalization of laboratory activities at an enterprise. It is a comprehensive solution to current problems of improving raw, semi-finished and finished product quality. LIMS provide reliable management of information data, control over samples, reagents, instruments and equipment, calculations and reporting.

Keywords: digitalization, automation, laboratories, dairy processing enterprises, laboratory information management system, LIMS, research quality, quality control.

METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract. Methodological approaches to assessing competitiveness of Russian products in current conditions are considered, both in domestic and foreign markets, using the example of building materials. The theoretical scientific developments in this area are analyzed. The results of an expert assessment of glazed concrete obtained by plasma reflow method are proposed, and its compliance with the technical level of quality and competitiveness is established.

Keywords: competitiveness, competitiveness assessment, building materials, expert assessment, glazed concrete, plasma reflow method, quality technical level.

DETERMINING PERMISSIBLE MEASUREMENT ERROR BASED ON THE CONTROL LIMIT ERRORS

Abstract. When controlling any physical parameter, it becomes necessary to choose a measuring instrument and a technique that would ensure reliability at the required level. Errors of the first kind α are additional economic costs for manufacturer, while errors of the second kind β affect his reputation. Accordingly, these errors should be limited to certain values that would be acceptable to both manufacturer and consumer, which is prescribed in the terms of contracts or other agreements between the parties.

Keywords: control errors, metrological coefficient, distribution law, permissible measurement error, non-excluded systematic error.
