Е.D. KURBATOVA INSPECTION CONTROL Abstract. The article examines such an important component of the certification system as inspection control (IC), describes its role in maintaining product quality and protecting consumer health. Special attention is paid to the legislative acts regulating IC, including the procedure for conducting inspections and their frequency, as well as the consequences of non-compliance with the instructions received by organizations following inspections. Keywords: inspection control, certification, product quality, voluntary certification, inspection, certification body, audit, technical regulations, quality control. |
V.YU. SMELOV, V.L. SHPER, A.A. IVANOVA MEASURE THRICE, OR THE EFFECT OF RANDOMNESS ON MEASUREMENT SYSTEM EVALUATION Abstract. The reliability of the results used to evaluate product quality and manufacturing process largely depends on the choice of a measurement system (MS). The lower MS variability, the higher probability of making right management decisions regarding the latter. Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) procedure is not always followed, thus, conclusions about their suitability may be incorrect. The article describes an experiment aimed at finding out whether providing a random sequence of measurements during MSA affects the obtained results. Keywords: measurement systems analysis, randomness, variability, data collection, Shewhart control chart. |
S.M. NIKOLSKY ENSURING EFFICIENT OPERATION OF COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINES: REQUIREMENTS FOR LABORATORIES Abstract. The article considers the main requirements to the technical condition of the premises used as laboratories of coordinate measuring machines. The factors influencing the accuracy of measurements performed via them are given, the causes of errors are analyzed and recommendations are given, compliance with which will ensure reliable results. Keywords: coordinate measuring machine, laboratory, requirements for premises, temperature, humidity, illumination. |
V.V. FEDOTOV RISK-BASED THINKING APPLICATION IN TESTING LABORATORY ACTIVITIES Abstract. Issues related to accreditation are of great importance for testing laboratories. To successfully complete all the necessary procedures, a laboratory must, in particular, have a full-fledged risk and opportunity management system. The risk assessment method, called “bow-tie”, will help to build such a system that can function at all levels of the organization. Keywords: accreditation, process approach, risk-based thinking, risk and opportunity management, risk and opportunity response, bow-tie method. |
N.YU. GUSKOVA, D.V. PAVLOVA, KH.A. NEVMYATULLINA, S.G. KOMAROVA FEATURES OF INTRODUCING THE HONEST MARK LABELING IN PERFUMERY, COSMETICS AND HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS SEGMENTS Abstract. The article examines the current problem of counterfeit products in the Russian cosmetics and household chemicals market. One of the measures proposed by regulatory authorities to combat counterfeiting is transition to the Honest Mark labeling system, aimed at protecting buyers from low-quality goods and strengthening control over the product circulation. However, there are certain difficulties associated with its implementation in the segments under consideration. Keywords: counterfeit products, cosmetics, household chemicals, labeling, Honest Mark, consumer protection. |
А.А. KATUNIN, I.К. SERGEEV IN VITRO MEASURING LIGHT AND SPECTRAL TRANSMITTANCE COEFFICIENTS FOR SOFT CONTACT LENSES Abstract. The article describes the development and implementation of a methodology for in vitro measuring light and spectral transmittance coefficients in accordance with GOST 31588.3–2012, which were conducted in Medical and Technical Laboratory LLC based on testing center accredited by the national accreditation system. The results of applying the technique in assessing optical characteristics of Morning Q38 soft contact lens series (Interojo Inc.), available for free purchase on the market, are presented. Keywords: soft contact lenses, optical characteristics, spectrophotometer with integrating sphere, “wet cell”, spectral transmittance coefficient, light transmittance coefficient. |
