ENTERING PRODUCT INFORMATION INTO THE REGISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE: GOALS AND CONSEQUENCES

Abstract. The article describes the procedure that an enterprise must go through to obtain a conclusion from the Ministry of Industry and Trade confirming production in Russia, as well as the procedure for submitting and reviewing applications for product registration in the Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The author emphasizes the importance of strict compliance with all established rules for successful registration and indicates the benefits that the inclusion of his goods in the Registry brings to a manufacturer.

USING SHEWHART CONTROL CHARTS DURING TESTING AS PART OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT FOR THE EAEU TECHNICAL REGULATION REQUIREMENTS

Abstract. The requirements of the technical regulations (TR), as well as their complementary standardization documents, are aimed at ensuring safety of consumers, society and the environment. According to the TR, it is often necessary to ensure production stability, but there is no generally accepted definition for the term “production stability” itself, as there are no established methods for assessing compliance with this requirement. To find a way out of this situation, we suggest using Shewhart control charts (SCCs) in conformity assessment.

Keywords: conformity assessment, certification, declaration of conformity, testing, Shewhart control charts.

METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF NONCONFORMITY ASSESSMENT BASED ON THE RESULTS OF INTERNAL METROLOGICAL SUPERVISION

Abstract. Internal metrological supervision is aimed at verifying the compliance of metrological production support with all established requirements. Depending on severity of the detected violations, certain corrective actions are necessary. The article proposes a methodology for determining the class of identified nonconformities, as well as a method for evaluating them, based of which it is possible to decide what measures should be taken to improve the reliability and accuracy of measurements.

Keywords: internal metrological supervision, metrological support, classification of nonconformities, controlled parameter.

INTEGRAL ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO THE POPULATION: STANDARDIZATION OF APPROACHES

Abstract. In current realities, ensuring access to clean drinking water is one of the key indicators of the quality of life. The article analyzes the issues of providing population with clean drinking water in the context of sustainable development. The author analyzes existing approaches to assessing water resources, offers a new comprehensive approach to determining water availability in various regions, and lists the factors affecting the quality of public water supply, taking into account the need to standardize approaches.

Keywords: integral index, water availability, alternative methods of water supply, regions ranking, assessment, standardization of approaches.

CURRENT ISSUES OF REGULATORY AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR ATMOSPHERIC AIR PROTECTION: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract. The article raises an important topic such as the need for compliance of the regulatory and methodological framework in the field of atmospheric air protection with current realities. The problems caused by the state-of-art in this area are considered, as well as proposals for developing and updating the methodological base are made, that can help eliminate these problems.

Keywords: atmospheric air quality, emission reduction, regulatory and methodological support, emission calculation methods, nature users.

ESTIMATING VARIABILITY OF DIGITAL OPTICAL DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT METHOD USING A BOOTSTRAPPING STATISTICS

Abstract. Numerous literature references attest to the popularity of digital image correlation method. However, a point estimate obtained using statistical tools is not enough. You need to be able to determine the estimation accuracy and confidence intervals. To evaluate the variability of displacement measurements, it is proposed to use bootstrapping statistics for variance calculation.

Keywords: digital image correlation, deformation, displacement measurement, bootstrapping statistics.

AN INSTRUMENTAL TOOL FOR MONITORING THE COMPLIANCE OF CARDIOVASCULAR PROSTHESES

Abstract. The article describes the development and certification of an instrument designed for testing cardiovascular prostheses for hydrodynamic compliance. It has a number of improvements compared to foreign analogues, which makes it possible to evaluate implants in conditions close to physiological in accordance with the standards of the Russian Federation.

Keywords: cardiovascular prostheses, transplant, testing equipment, instrumental control, hydrodynamic compliance, simulation environment.
