NEW ROSACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING SM No. 03.1-1.0008 AND ILAC P9:01/2024 POLICY

Abstract. The article analyzes the main changes to the legislation of the Russian Federation for laboratories and inspection bodies participating in proficiency checks and interlaboratory comparative tests, which apply to both accredited persons and applicants. Practical advice is given to assess the technical competence of testing laboratories.

TRANSFORMATION OF BEER STANDARDS AND THE NEED TO UPDATE THEM

Abstract. The article analyzes the transformation of the content of standards regulating general technical requirements for beer. The necessity of updating them is justified due to significant discrepancies in legal regulation of alcohol turnover, as well as partial inconsistencies between national regulatory and technical documentation and the international classification of goods. The results of this work can be taken into account when updating standards for brewing products and revising a number of regulatory legal acts.

THE EVIDENCE BASE FOR PRODUCT CONFORMITY WITH THE EAEU TECHNICAL REGULATION REQUIREMENTS

Abstract. The article presents the results of a study of the evidence base for conformity with the EAEU technical regulations, formed by conformity assessment schemes which provide a manufacturer’s quality management system certificate (СQMS). It is shown that the procedures established in the technical regulations based on СQMS do not have any value for proving conformity. Recommendations for adjusting conformity assessment schemes are given.

MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MEASURING EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION DURING PRODUCT CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of metrological support required to comply with all requirements for product conformity assessment. It is based on the author’s personal experience in working with testing laboratories as both an accreditation expert and a consultant and moderator of seminars on relevant topics. The questions addressed to the author through the professional support line “Ask a question to an expert” of the Techexpert Service are also considered.

CLASSIFICATION AS AN IDENTIFICATION TOOL FOR CANNED MILK

Abstract. The article examines the features of canned milk classifications developed by different authors, as well as one used in the All-Russian Classifier of Products by Types of Economic Activity (OKPD-2)10. Their shortcomings that allow for the possibility of falsification are identified, standardized indicators of canned milk quality are named, the expediency of using the proposed classification attributes is substantiated, and the author’s classification of products in this category is presented.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY OF SMOKEHOUSE ENTERPRISES: PROSPECTS FOR USING THE BEST AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGIES. PART 1.

Abstract. The Constitution of the Russian Federation guarantees every citizen the right to a favorable environment, reliable information about its condition and compensation for damage to his health or property due to environmental violations. The concept of “favorable environment” includes aspects of both safety and comfort, quality. The first part of the article presents an analysis of the situation with ensuring environmental safety and comfort for citizens in the production activities of smokehouse enterprises.

INTERPRETING RESULTS OF MEDICAL PRODUCT TESTS FOR PERMEABILITY BY MICROORGANISMS IN HUMID CONDITIONS

Abstract. The authors consider the problem that arises when evaluating results of medical product testing based on “microbial permeability in humid conditions” and “material resistance to bacterial penetration in humid conditions” indicators, and suggest a temporary solution.

A TOOL FOR TESTING THE FATIGUE STRENGTH OF INTRAVASCULAR STENT IMPLANTS

Abstract. Facilities for determining the fatigue durability of stents are mainly manufactured by foreign companies; they are costly and therefore practically not used by Russian accredited testing laboratories working in the field of conformity assessment of medical devices. The article presents a relatively simple and inexpensive tool developed by the authors for testing the fatigue strength of intravascular stent implants.

QFD METHOD: FROM INDUSTRY 3.0 TO INDUSTRY 4.0. PART 2

Abstract. The second part of the article discusses the possibility of modernizing the QFD method by integrating advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data and the Internet of Things, to improve the accuracy and automation of processes. Examples of successful application of such technologies are given, the risks and integration opportunities are analyzed, and directions for further research are indicated.
