FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTING EXPORT ACTIVITIES

Abstract. Export is a complex multi-stage process that requires detailed study of legislation and compliance with numerous regulations. Each violation in labeling or paperwork can lead to delays, fines, or even refusal to accept goods in another country. The article describes in detail what requirements must be taken into account for successful implementation of export activities and how to avoid common mistakes when processing export operations.

Keywords: export, foreign economic activity, customs authority, customs declaration, duty, excise.

NEW STANDARDS FOR MILK POWDER INGREDIENTS

Abstract. In recent years, dry milk ingredients, in particular milk protein concentrates and permeates, have been widely used in many sectors of the global economy, which makes the task of ensuring quality control during their production particularly relevant. The lack of standards establishing requirements for the characteristics of dry milk ingredients not only hinders the solution of this problem, but also threatens the very possibility of manufacturing these products.

Keywords: milk powders, milk protein concentrates, permeates, interstate standards.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE IDENTIFICATION PROCESS FOR PRODUCT CERTIFICATION

Abstract. The article describes the features of product identification procedures in product certification and the importance of competent work of expert auditors of accredited certification bodies. The authors use practical examples to examine typical errors made during identification and emphasize the significance of a responsible approach to this procedure. All the mentioned problems are relevant when conducting not only mandatory, but also voluntary certification.

Keywords: conformity assessment, certification, product identification, certification body, testing laboratories, technical regulations.

ANALYSING QUALITATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF GLAZED CURD CHEESE BARS

Abstract. The article presents the results of consumer quality evaluation for glazed curd cheese bars. Based on the results of tasting depersonalized samples, their quality level was determined, taking into account the compliance of a number of organoleptic indicators with consumer expectations, and a study of product visualized characteristics was conducted. A generalized assessment of quality parameters was given and the impact of visualization on consumer perception of the product was established.

Keywords: consumer tasting, organoleptic characteristics, quality, glazed curd cheese bars.

SOFTWARE FOR TEST EQUIPMENT: CHECKING OPERATION CORRECTNESS DURING CERTIFICATION

Abstract. The article examines the issues of confirming the correct operation and software security of test equipment from unauthorized access. The author formulates a list of requirements for test equipment and propose practical recommendations on organizing its verification during certification in operating conditions.

Keywords: test equipment, software, test equipment certification, checking operation correctness, metrologically significant part.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY OF SMOKEHOUSE ENTERPRISES: PROSPECTS FOR USING THE BEST AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGIES. PART 2

Abstract. Best available technologies are a modern tool of environmental policy, so they should be considered in the context of environmental and economic regulation. The second part of the article discusses the issues of gradual transition to these technologies, as well as problems associated with the production of smoked products in the current conditions.

Keywords: odors, harmful substances, smoke emissions, environmental safety, best available technologies.

APPLYING DESIRABILITY FUNCTION TO IMPROVE THE PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS

Abstract. The article discusses the general theory for applying the Harrington function in the development of mathematical models to create the substances with unique properties, as well as an example of its use. The results of testing sealant samples with different component ratios are evaluated using a generalized desirability function, which not only allows the best option to be selected, but also clearly demonstrates the effect of filler processing on achieving the established characteristics.

Keywords: desirability function, composite materials, component ratio, multi-criteria tasks.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF WATER QUALITY ASSESSMENT USING VARIOUS METHODS

Abstract. A national monitoring system, including a network of laboratories, determines the natural water quality, detecting pollution, but the results of measurements obtained in different laboratories often diverge. The article proposes a procedure for making an arbitration decision in case of such discrepancies, which helps to minimize errors and ensure the reliability of the results.

Keywords: water quality, sampling, analysis method, method accuracy, arbitration decision.
