The Russian Federation has significant testing and expert potential for organizing effective international cooperation based on the development and application of uniform standard requirements. This article describes the prospects for applying in the Russian Federation the experience of agricultural machinery standardization and conformity assessment carried out within the Asia-Pacific Network for Testing Agricultural Machinery (ANTAM).

FEATURES OF DECLARING CONFORMITY OF FOOD PRODUCTS WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN 2025

CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY: REASONS, CONSEQUENCES, AND WAYS OF PREVENTION

Abstract. The article examines possible reasons for cancellation of certificate of conformity and the consequences that this may lead to. The author describes the procedure for recognizing a certificate as invalid, the actions that should be taken if the permission documents are cancelled, and the importance of complying with all regulatory requirements as the main way to prevent such situations.

HOW THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 AFFECTS THE QUALITY OF TESTING LABORATORIES

Abstract. The article analyses the features of construction and implementation of management systems in testing laboratories, the requirements for which are set in international regulatory documents. The description of management system options aimed at improving the quality of testing laboratories is provided, the criteria they must meet are named, as well as the shortcomings of the new standard are indicated and the provisions excluded from its earlier version are noted.

METROLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR TESTING EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATION

Abstract. The article examines the metrological support of measuring processes during work or provision of services for testing equipment certification. The analysis is performed using the classification of metrological support facility features and the main provisions of current regulatory documents. The author presents an original scheme for metrological support based on a process approach and makes proposals aimed at improving the procedures of testing equipment certification.

ASSESSING THE ACCEPTABILITY OF CONTROL PROCESSES IN HIGH-TECH PRODUCTION

Abstract. The article presents the features of applying measurement systems analysis (MSA) for assessing the acceptability of control and testing processes in the machine tool and bearing industries. A procedure of MSA planning and conducting for decision-making by alternative feature is presented. The authors identify bottlenecks of the method and propose solutions to increase MSA efficiency and improve control and measurement processes.

The role of universal coordinate measuring machines in ensuring measurement quality according to GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019

Abstract. This paper examines the importance of universal coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) in ensuring the accuracy and quality of measurements in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019. Key aspects of working with CMMs are discussed, including ensuring traceability of measurements, regular calibration of equipment, availability of qualified personnel and environmental conditions. In addition, the issues of introducing new technologies, interaction with external organisations and establishing an internal quality control system are touched upon.

METHODS FOR CALCULATING MASS POLLUTION EMISSION INTO ATMOSPHERE

Abstract. The article considers methods for determining the qualitative and quantitative composition of pollutant emissions from equipment yards of oil refineries, and describes the conditions for using these methods in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, their main advantages and disadvantages. The presented methodological recommendations and calculations are based on the results of research work carried out by the authors.
