The process approach implementation: economic efficiency assessment

The paper examines the impact of a conscious and phased implementation of the process approach on its economic efficiency. The peculiarity of this study is that the real process of the company is assessed using one of the methods for assessing the economic efficiency of the process approach. The object of the study is the process of signing a GPC agreement with Rostelecom. The choice is due to the fact that this company has been implementing a process approach for several years. The purpose of the study is to assess the economic efficiency of the process of signing a GPC agreement before and after the development of a process approach.

How to implement open innovation? Part 2. Open innovation culture

This article continues a series of publications summarizing the results of enterprise research carried out by the Center for Technology Management at the University of Cambridge. To identify critical problems in implementing open innovation (OI), a survey of companies was conducted on how to implement it and the obstacles they faced. The analysis of the results revealed four main problems related to the culture, procedures, skills, and motivation of the OI. In the current article, we will focus in detail on the first one — OI culture.

Assessment the quality of activities of the corporate car service enterprises

The development of the corporate service system is directly related to the development, implementation and constant updating of tools for assessing the quality of the activities of service and sales network enterprises. The tools for remote quality assessment are gaining special relevance. Influence of distribution laws on reliability indicators of redundant systems

The article presents the results of a study of the influence of the laws of the distribution of the operating time between failures of elements of the ageless and aging type on the values of the failure rate and the probability of failure-free operation of systems with unloaded redundancy, depending on the operating time.

Asset management based on international standards

Asset management is a multifaceted activity that includes organizational, financial and technical aspects. Applying the ISO 55000 series of standards helps organizations to establish an effective asset management system that contributes to meeting operational challenges and achieving long-term goals. Quality tools and something more! Part 2. Where to begin

The first 4 steps of algorithm for data analysis are discussed in details. The tasks that can be solved by using the simplest tool, a run chart, are presented. The notion of homogeneity is described. The practical way to reveal outliers with Tukey’s box plots is shown with real data example. Simultaneously, some advices for effective using of Excel in data analysis are given.
