I.N. Fomin FORMATION OF A RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: A PRACTICAL APPROACH Abstract. Quality and risk management standards imply continuous systemic actions address to risks at all levels — from those who make management decisions to those who perform them. As a requirement for leaders of organizations, this is recorded in the ISO 31000 standard: «…ensure that systems to manage… risks are implemented and operating effectively». The implementation of such an approach is a complex methodological and practical task for many enterprises and entire industries. Let us consider a universal methodology that allows you to form an effective risk management system at an enterprise in any industry. S.V. Yurchenko THE TECHNIQUE OF MANAGING RISKS RELATED TO QUALITY AND SUPPLIES OF PRODUCTS Abstract. Mandatory requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard are planning actions to address risks and opportunities, as well as evaluation the effectiveness of such actions. At the same time, the standard doesn’t require to use the formal methods and documentation of the risk management process. However, for a large enterprise implementing technologically complex processes, then it is usually impossible to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS without clear procedures for working with risks. The technique for assessing risks associated with the quality and supply of products, applied at BSW OJSC (Republic of Belarus), is presented in this article. Keywords: risks identification, risk assessment, risk level, responding to risks, risk register. |
D.M. Rahel ASSESSING COMPANIES CONNECTIVITY FOR RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE SCORING PROCEDURES IMPLEMENTATION Abstract. The counterparties relations can have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the transaction and on the organization of control procedures. The article describes an approach to assessing the activities of legal entities with undeclared economic ties, provides approaches to setting and calibrating additive models based on data obtained during the study of the solvency of legal entities and the results of economic activity of individual enterprises. A scale for assessing their relations is proposed, which describes three possible levels of interaction that may not be in the documents under study. The directions of using this type of models in the course of risk assessment for concluded transactions are described. M.F. Mingaliev, O.K. Akulichev, E.G. Kornilov, A.V. Berdutina PROCESSES REENGINEERING IN PREPARING FOR DIGITALIZATION OF AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES Abstract. Currently, the problem of digitalization of processes of domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises is particularly relevant. Western companies that left the Russian market stopped cooperating in the field of information systems, on the basis of which production management and launching of new car models were built. In response to this challenge, enterprises had to look for an adequate replacement for IT technologies that had become inaccessible, in particular, seriously modify and reconfigure processes operating on the basis of certain software. In turn, this required a review of the activities of almost all their divisions and services. Keywords: process, automation, problem solving, information systems, digital ecosystem. |
O.А. Novikov TRANSFORMATIONS IN PRODUCTION: HOW NOT TO RUIN THEM BEFORE STARTING Abstract. A significant part of production reform projects ends in failure. There are many reasons for such failures, but in order to ruin the transformations at the root, even before the beginning, it is enough to make one wrong managerial decision — to choose incorrectly the leader responsible for the implementation of reforms. In our experience, who exactly should not be trusted with this role, and who can become a truly effective agent of change, is described in this article. Keywords: agent of change, production reform, change planning, change management. |
V.V. Didovik, V.L. Shper ON SOME INACCURATE INTERPRETATIONS OF STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (SPC) FUNDAMENTALS. PART 1 Abstract. The MMC journal № 6, 2024, published the translation of the article «When Special Cause of Variability Masquerades as Common Cause» by William Levinson, in which he outlined his interpretation of a number of key concepts related to the field of SPC. We believe that the author’s position in the article significantly diverges from the ideas by Walter Shewhart and Edwards Deming. Similar discrepancies caused by inaccuracies in the interpretation of fundamental SPC concepts are quite common. The first of the two publications provides detailed comments on seven, in our opinion, inaccurate statements that we highlighted from the original text of the article by Levinson. Keywords: statistical process control (SPC), variability, common cause, special cause, control chart. |
