ISSUES OF LABELING AND POSITIONING ORGANIC PRODUCTS

Abstract. The issue of greenwashing in Russia’s organic product market is becoming increasingly relevant due to upcoming legislative changes. On September 1, 2025, amendments to the Federal Law “On organic products” will come into force, prohibiting the use of terms such as “biological”, “ecological”, “environmentally friendly”, “eco-“, “bio-“ and their derivatives without proper organic certification. These changes will affect not only unscrupulous producers but also other participants in market relations.

Keywords: organic products, organic production, labeling, positioning, greenwashing, environmentally friendly, organic standard.

UNCERTAINTY OF TEST RESULTS: CALCULATION METHODS AND ROLE IN THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problems of estimating measurement uncertainty during laboratory testing: its significance, implementation algorithm, and factors complicating this procedure are considered. The author analyzes different options for action depending on conditions in which the uncertainty is assessed, provides formulas for calculation, and gives recommendations for managing intra-laboratory processes aimed at increasing efficiency.

Keywords: measurement uncertainty, reliability, uncertainty budget, uncertainty sources, sampling.

DIGITAL MODEL FOR IMPROVING QUALITY OF TESTING LABORATORIES

Abstract. The article examines the prospects for digitalization of interlaboratory comparative tests (ICTs). The key problems associated with traditional approaches to the procedure for conducting them are analyzed, and ways to solve them using modern digital technologies are proposed, in particular the application of laboratory information systems, which implies automation of processes, integration with analytical equipment, risk management and personnel training.

Keywords: digitalization, quality management system, testing laboratories, laboratory information management system, risk management, automation, interlaboratory comparative tests.

DISTRIBUTION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE DEPENDABILITY BETWEEN ITS COMPONENTS

Abstract. The paper examines a method for setting requirements for dependability of an unmanned aerial vehicle by distributing them among its component parts. A mathematical apparatus is presented that can be used to carry out calculations at the design stage, allowing this issue to be resolved in such a way that, while observing the established requirements, the costs of ensuring the dependability of the system are minimal.

Keywords: unmanned aerial vehicle dependability, dependability of components, ensuring dependability, distribution of requirements.

FORMALIZATION OF THE “COMPLEX-SHAPED PART” CONCEPT AS A FACTOR IMPACTING INSPECTION METHOD SELECTION

Abstract. The interpretations of the terms “complex-shaped part” and “freeform surface” are analyzed based on scientific literature and regulatory documents. A classification of mathematical models for representing freeform surfaces is provided, and methods of inspecting freeform surfaces are summarized, including those specified in the State verification schedule and covered in academic studies.

Keywords: complex-shaped part, freeform surface, inspection methods, measuring instruments, coordinate measuring machines.

EFFECT OF MOVEMENT CHARACTERISTICS OF COMMINUTED MATERIAL ON THE WEAR OF PARTS IN MINING AND GRINDING MACHINES

Abstract. This study investigates the dynamics of crushed material movement within the mill’s working chamber and its impact on the critical components in mining and grinding machines. The authors analyze the trajectories, velocities, and collision patterns of crushed material. Special focus is given to how these factors influence wear mechanisms. The results provide insights for optimizing design parameters of mechanisms under consideration.

Keywords: grinding process, material flow, mill zones, wear, mining industry, modeling, liners.

METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING AND ASSESSING RISKS IN METROLOGICAL SUPPORT SYSTEM

Abstract. The article examines approaches to identifying and assessing risks arising in metrological support system. The authors analyze the main methods used for this purpose such as FMEA, SWOT analysis, and risk matrix, evaluate their applicability to the metrological support systems at enterprises across various industries. Conclusions are made about the need to integrate risk management into the overall quality management system of the enterprise.

Keywords: metrological support, risk management, risk assessment, FMEA, quality management system, measurement methods.

THE EFFECT OF OAK AGING IN VARIOUS TYPES OF BARRELS ON RED WINE ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract. The article presents the results of a study devoted to the influence of aging in barrels made of different types of wood (American, French and Caucasian oak) on the quality of dry red wines from Merlot grapes. An analysis of organoleptic and physicochemical indicators of wine samples aged for 15 and 32 months is carried out, and an assessment of their individual characteristics due to interaction with barrel wood is given.

Keywords: wine, oak aging, American oak, French oak, Caucasian oak, organoleptic characteristics.
