INTRODUCING NEW STANDARDS FOR BREWING PRODUCTS

Abstract. The article presents the author’s classification of brewing products, a comparative analysis of their main types, and an assessment of the regulatory framework governing the production of such products in the Russian Federation. It examines the content of current and new standards for beer, specialty beer, and beer-based beverages, which will come into effect in 2026, identifying the main requirements they establish, and characterizing the composition of these products.

Keywords: standards, brewing products, beer, specialty beer, beer-based beverages.

APPLICATION OF MULTI-CRITERIA OPTIMIZATION METHODS TO IMPROVE PRODUCT QUALITY

Abstract. The article reveals the main methods of multicriteria optimization. The authors pay special attention to the application of the ideal point method, the convolution method and the method of successive concessions in solving practical issues, provide recommendations on their use, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each one. They note that the choice of the appropriate method depends on the specifics of the problem being solved, the available data, and the preferences of the specialist involved in optimization.

Keywords: multi-criteria optimization, ideal point, concession, decision-making, criterion convolution.

REGULATORY DOCUMENT QUALITY AS A FACTOR DETERMINING PRODUCT QUALITY

Abstract. The article examines the most common deficiencies and inaccuracies in various types of technical documentation for products in electrical engineering, instrumentation, and apparatus industries. Their causes and consequences are analyzed, and measures for their elimination are proposed.

Keywords: technical documentation, specifications, standard, testing, dependability, operation.

A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO QUALITY CONTROL OF FREEFORM SURFACES

Abstract. The article consideres a comprehensive approach to quality control of freeform surfaces, which includes an adaptive measurement strategy with optimization of the number of points in high-curvature regions, parametric surface reconstruction, deviation assessment using orthogonal fitting method, and functional segmentation. The possibility of integrating the proposed method with automated measurement selection systems is noted, which ensures high accuracy of control operations.

Keywords: freeform surface, complex-shaped surface, adaptive sampling, quality control.

FEATURES OF QUALITY CONTROL FOR MODIFIED SURFACE OF TITANIUM PRODUCTS

Abstract. The article considers the issues of control of medical devices made of titanium alloys after hardening by surface modification using vacuum ion plasma treatment technology. To obtain operational information on the quality of processed implants after nitriding, surface microhardness control is used, and for a more complete understanding of the process efficiency, statistical methods of data processing and analysis, including visualization of control results, are applied.

Keywords: titanium implant quality, ion plasma treatment, modified surface, microhardness control.

THE METHODOLOGY BASED ON MULTILEVEL ANALYSIS OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS QUALITY

Abstract. The quality of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is a key factor determining the safety and efficiency of liquefaction, transportation, storage, and consumption processes. Ensuring stable and sufficient LNG quality at a given stage of its lifecycle requires a systematic approach to quality management.

Keywords: liquefied natural gas, multi-criteria analysis, lower heating value, quality control, quality indicators, methodology.

PREDICTIVE EMISSION CONTROL WHILE DIVIDING GAS FLOW INTO SEVERAL CHANNELS

Abstract. Emissions from heterogeneous sources related to a single technological process are often combined into a centralized gas capture system followed by general gas cleaning. The use of a predictive control system allows for forecasting the composition and distribution of pollutants at sources where it is technically difficult to install instrumental automatic monitoring systems. Additionally, it contributes to the optimization and efficient management of gas cleaning and production processes.

Keywords: industrial emissions, predictive control system, gas cleaning plants, automatic emission monitoring systems, machine learning.
