According to clause 7.2.1.7 of GOST ISO/IEC 17025–2019, which regulates the activities of testing laboratories, any deviations from the procedure not provided for by the methodology are permitted only if they are documented and technically justified. To experimentally verify the impact of changes on metrological characteristics of the chromatography technique, a study was conducted on the effect of mixing calibration solutions on the convergence and reproducibility of the obtained results.
