CLASSIFICATION OF CHOCOLATE BASED ON CHARACTERISTICS THAT DETERMINE ITS NUTRITIONAL VALUE AND COST PRICE

Abstract. The authors consider the features of different approaches to chocolate classification and analyze the systematization of goods of the studied group in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Products by Types of Economic Activity and Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity. The shortcomings that form the possibility for falsification are revealed. Standardized and technological classification signs are defined.

METHOD FOR PREPARING CALIBRATION SOLUTIONS OF VOLATILE ORGANOHALOGEN COMPOUNDS IN A CLOSED THERMODYNAMIC SYSTEM

Abstract. According to clause 7.2.1.7 of GOST ISO/IEC 17025–2019, which regulates the activities of testing laboratories, any deviations from the procedure not provided for by the methodology are permitted only if they are documented and technically justified. To experimentally verify the impact of changes on metrological characteristics of the chromatography technique, a study was conducted on the effect of mixing calibration solutions on the convergence and reproducibility of the obtained results.

Keywords: gas chromatography, calibration solution, reproducibility of results, volatile organohalogen compounds.
