FOOD PRODUCTS: COUNTERFEITING AND RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract. The article examines the problem of food counterfeiting as a systemic threat to food sovereignty and public health. Particular attention is paid to key areas of countermeasures: improving identification and quality monitoring systems, as well as reforming the legislative framework. Specific measures aimed at combating the spread of counterfeit products are proposed.

UNSTABLE GAS CONDENSATE: A NEW OBJECT OF NATIONAL STANDARDIZATION. PART 2

Abstract. The second part of the article discusses new national standards that will regulate methods for determining fractional composition of unstable gas condensate, as well as the process of sampling this type of raw material for subsequent analysis. The specifics of these standards, their relationship with existing regulatory documents, and their role in the development of the domestic regulatory framework are examined.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF INTRODUCING COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINES IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF MACHINE-­BUILDING ENTERPRISES

Abstract. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the consequences of introducing coordinate measuring machines into the production process of machine-­building enterprises. The technological, economic and organizational aspects of the integration of modern measuring instruments into the digital production environment are investigated. Special attention is paid to the transformation of quality control system, changes in personnel qualification requirements and restructuring the company’s business processes.

AUTOMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS CONTROL IN MANUFACTURING PRODUCTS WITH THERMAL SPRAY COATINGS

Abstract. The article presents the results of a study on increasing the efficiency of manufacturing products with thermal spray coatings by developing an automated process control system. A methodology for creating such system based on an integrated approach to quality and productivity management is proposed.

A DIGITAL APPROACH TO IMPROVING FOOTWEAR QUALITY

Abstract. This article examines the challenges of improving footwear product quality at the pre-production stage. Based on a statistical analysis, price and type preferences for selecting footwear are determined. Priority quality indicators are identified, enabling the development of a consumer-­focused footwear model. An algorithm for selecting materials for product manufacturing is proposed.

Its role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of medical devices is examined, the challenges facing this field, and prospects for further development of the Center’s research are considered.
