GLOBALG.A.P. IFA STANDARD AS A BASIS FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Abstract. The authors point out the shortcomings of the current legislative framework for food safety in the Russian Federation related to accounting individual characteristics associated with agricultural practices. The advantages of the GLOBALG.A.P. IFA standard as a basis for organizing the activities of agricultural enterprises and subsequent certification of food safety and quality management systems are considered.

TESTING EQUIPMENT

Abstract. The article examines the issues of attributing test facilities to test equipment. The author analyses regulatory and technical documentation containing a description of test equipment design and functional features and proposes its classification based on such characteristic as the type of influencing factor. This classification can be used in forming scope of competence confirmation for organizations performing certification, as well as in the development of standard certification programs and methods.

THE IMPACT OF UPDATING STANDARDS ON CHOCOLATE ASSORTMENT CLASSIFICATION

Abstract. The article provides a comparative analysis of standards governing chocolate quality requirements and examines the key provisions that have changed as regulatory legal acts have been updated. Based on these documents, a classification of chocolate produced by domestic industry enterprises was developed. The classification features regulated by the standards were defined, that form the basis for its division into types. The product offering for the “chocolate” group, formed under the influence of regulatory requirement transformations, was analyzed.

STANDARDIZATION OF MUSHROOMS AND QUALITY INDICATOR SYSTEM DURING CONSUMER TESTING

Abstract. This article analyzes current regulatory documentation for fresh cultivated mushrooms and their processed products sold commercially. It examines the potential dangers of consuming mushrooms in cases of improper storage conditions, as well as the lack of complete and reliable information about them. Measures for revising the standards establishing requirements for this type of product are proposed.

QUALIMETRIC APPROACH TO RISK ANALYSIS IN GLOBAL LOGISTICS

Abstract. The article examines the impact of crisis events on the global system of international logistics. The authors analyze resilience strategies of logistics companies, including diversification, regionalization, digitalization, and the development of cooperation. Particular attention is given to the authors’ model for assessing anti-crisis resilience (RISK-L), which allows identifying critical points in supply chains. The findings of the study can be applied in the practice of logistics operators and in the improvement of risk management systems.

MENTORING IN METROLOGY: HOW TO TRANSFER KNOWLEDGE WHEN IT CANNOT BE WRITTEN DOWN?

Abstract. Mentoring in metrology should be considered as a strategic tool for preserving and reproducing professional expertise, much of which is tacit and cannot be fully formalized. Based on the analysis of international standards and Russian legislation, the article substantiates the need to move from formal mentoring to substantive transfer of tacit knowledge. A model is proposed that allows this to be implemented in practice.
