STANDARTIZATION OF SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL PERFORMANCE TESTING IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

THE METHODOLOGY FOR TECHNICAL AUDIT OF THE OWN SERVICE DESK SYSTEM SECURITY

The presented methodology is based on current regulatory and methodological framework, contains all the necessary components for performing the technical audit procedure of Service Desk system and obtaining numerical values reflecting the performance of control measures. According to ISO/IEC 20000 and 27001 series requirements, it is shown how to ensure a balance between the necessary level of Service Desk security and the functionality in practice.
