EPS-RATING OF RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS: A BASIS FOR ASSESSING BUSINESS REPUTATION

Abstract. The author describes the use of business reputation: EPS-rating, the methodology of which is based on the national standard GOST R 71198-2023 “Index business reputation of enterprises (EPS-rating). Method of assessment and procedure for formation the EPS-rating of responsible business”. It is shown what opportunities EPS-rating provides to organizations, including in the system of state and municipal procurement.

INSTITUTIONAL PRIORITIES IN STANDARDIZATION AND REGULATION OF E‑COMMERCE

Abstract. The author highlights the consequences of digital transformation in trade sphere, substantiates the advantages of the transition from standardization of procedures to standardization of quality parameters of logistics services in electronic commerce, indicates the expediency of developing regulatory documents that establish mandatory requirements for the content, procedures and responsibility of logistics providers to customers. The result of the proposed solutions may be a network transformation of the market, elimination of intersectoral imbalances and integration of contract manufacturing into the structure of e-commerce.

INTELLIGENT CLASSIFICATION IN THE STANDARDIZATION OF PRODUCT CATALOGS

As part of designing IT infrastructure for import substitution, consisting of a standardized and unified system of linked catalogues, the authors propose an integrated approach and architecture for automated trade name classification based on both general principles of characteristics standardization and data normalization, and on provisions in the field of library systems and scientific information retrieval - subject classification of reference books and deep indexing.
