ACCOUNTING IS THE CORNERSTONE: HEAT, WATER AND GAS SUPPLY FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Abstract. The first introduced national standard GOST R 71393-2024 “Automation of accounting and management of energy resources in apartment buildings. General provisions” is briefly overviewed. The document establishes the list and content of processes for the design, implementation and operation of automated accounting and management systems for utilities in an apartment building, with the exception of creating such systems at the construction stage. It entered into force on May 1, 2025.
